This may just be the best summer ever. I am going to Friday Nights at the Plaza with the bestie every week, we're having Harry Potter Sundays, every week leading up to HBP, seeing HBP at midnight, then later in IMAX, we're going to the Pirate Festival, my father is gone for awhile, soon for good, and I am just plain happy. It's wondrous.

Somewhere like San Francisco, where people aren't so awful. I love arguing about politics and gender and the like. I also love the arts and will defend them unfailingly. My mom was born in the fifties, and was a full-on hippie, and sometimes I swear I belong back in that era, not here.
